Yes, you may submit multiple proposals and up to five projects or project ideas. Each proposal will be assessed independently based on its potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with national development goals. Applicants are encouraged to submit distinct, well-developed ideas that demonstrate clear value and transformational potential for Botswana.
Project proposals that are in the ideation or planning stage would be preferred for submission. Projects can be in the ideation stage with initial discussions and feasibility assessments or in the planning stage undergoing regulatory approvals.
By submitting a project proposal, you may gain access to strategic partnerships with the Government of Botswana, along with dedicated support from a national task force to facilitate project implementation. High-potential ideas may also be considered for Botswana’s sector-specific Labs (which is slated to be throughout the month of August) and enabled through policy or regulatory support.
